2010 Camp Layout

Given the popularity of our parties last year, we have decided to significantly expand our public space.

We will build a large public space at the front of our camp consisting of a "mega" quonset hut and two flat-pack bike racks. The quonset hut will be built out of 40' arches of PVC pipe, anchored by 4' rebar into the playa to form a T shape with an 80' width and a 12' depth. The hut will be partially covered in tarp, and lashed with parachute cord to prevent the wind from catching it.

Additionally, we will have two flat-pack bike racks in front of the hut to allow our guests to properly park their bikes.

Behind our major structure, we will have a geodesic dome serving as both our kitchen and a private shade structure. This will also be the location of our campers' tents, our evap pond and the vehicles we use to transport ourselves and our wares to camp.
